Two Websites, Two Target Groups

Within the Schmitt project, we developed two distinct yet visually and technically aligned websites for our client operating in the German market. The goal was to create a clean, trust-building digital identity that effectively separates the group's various business branches (Verdatherm, Kronseder) while suggesting uniform quality.

During the project, we created two specific platforms available at:

• Schmitt Haustechnik

schmitthaustechnik.de – Comprehensive building services engineering (heating, ventilation, electronics).

• Schmitt Kälte-Klima

schmittkaelteklima.de – Focusing specifically on air conditioning and cooling technology services.

Focus on Recruitment (HR)

While the websites support customer acquisition, the primary strategic goal of the development was to facilitate recruitment. Due to the shortage of skilled labor in Germany, the bottleneck is finding qualified employees, so the platforms were designed to be attractive to potential future colleagues, highlighting the company's stability and professional environment.
