Gazdaform is a digital ecosystem created for an accounting firm specializing in the agricultural sector. The primary challenge was to build an efficient tool for a target audience that traditionally avoids complex IT solutions and often relies on paper-based records. The goal was to simplify the submission of accounting documents and accelerate communication significantly.

Platform Architecture

The system consists of two main components working in sync to support accounting workflows:

• Client-side Mobile App: An extremely simplified, chat-based interface where farmers can easily send photos of their invoices and documents directly to their accountants.
• Accountant Management Interface: A robust administration system where incoming chat messages are assigned to specific clients, organized, and integrated directly into the accounting workflow.

Key Features and Automation

• Intelligent Document Management: Accountants can automatically pull photos received via chat into invoice records and immediately extract the necessary data for bookkeeping.
• Automated Notifications: Once bookkeeping is complete, the system sends monthly reports, tax obligations (e.g., VAT), and service fee requests directly through the chat interface.
• Workflow Campaign Manager: The accounting firm can track each client's status (e.g., missing data, awaiting processing, under processing, completed), making internal operations fully transparent.
