HR-focused digital platform
The Kronseder Haustechnik project is another milestone in our successful collaboration modernizing the digital presence of German building services engineering companies.
The task was to create a website that visually aligns with the group's standards (Verdatherm, Schmitt Klimatechnik, Schmitt Haustechnik) while independently representing the Kronseder brand in its local market.
Recruitment as the Primary Goal
Similar to the Schmitt project, recruitment was the main driver of development here. Due to the labor shortage in the German building services sector, the website's primary task is to attract new employees and facilitate the application process, with customer acquisition being a secondary priority in this case.
