Who are we looking for?
- A dedicated junior designer, full of ambition and creativity
- Someone with the right attitude and a hunger to learn: every day brings a new challenge here, and you'll grow fast
- Someone who sees the bigger picture – able to build both strategy and systems, as well as revenue-generating processes
- A committed team player who can think alongside developers, marketers, AI tools, and eventually, directly with clients
- Someone confident across design tools, capable of designing full, large-scale systems from start to finish
- Someone who isn't fazed by working across multiple projects at once and hitting tight deadlines

What we'll be looking at during selection:
- Professional English, spoken and written!
- A portfolio that reflects UX/UI thinking, systems-level thinking, and visual taste
- Confident Figma skills and experience with Design Systems
- Knowledge of user psychology, conversion optimization, and UX design
- A plus if you have some experience in graphic design, motion design, or front-end basics (HTML, CSS, JS) – but not required
