This is how you’d work as part of our team:

‍• Master: TailwindCSS, TypeScript, Next.js, PostgreSQL•

High proficiency: JavaScript, React, ReactNative, Node.js

‍• Implement Figma designs• Set up a database from scratch

• Review and give feedback on commits and pull requests

• Understand server infrastructures and workers

• Enjoy low bureaucracy: only one fixed team meeting per week

• Work on small to medium-sized projects (1-6 months)

Details of our collaboration 🤝

‍• 🌍 100% remote contract & flexible hours: work from anywhere on a schedule that fits your life, mainly within the Monday-Friday 8.00-20.00 (GMT+1) timeframe

• 🧘‍♀️ 30-hour work week: work less, recharge, avoid burnout, and develop yourself. We need you to shine, and thrive in the long run. (Paid overtime may be available, but our main priority is maintaining a healthy work-life balance.)

• 🌴 Paid off days: 25 days annually

💸 Transparent compensation:

• Senior level: $2200 - $3000 USD/month, 30 hours per week

• (Medior level: $1500 - $2200 USD/month, 30 hours per week)
