This is how you’d work as part of our team:

• Master JavaScript, React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript
• Implement Figma designs
• Set up a database from scratch
• Review and give feedback on commits and pull requests
• Understand server infrastructures and workers
• Enjoy low bureaucracy: only one fixed team meeting per week
• Work on small to medium-sized projects (1-6 months)

Details of our collaboration 🤝

• 🌍 100% remote contract & flexible hours: work from anywhere on a schedule that fits your life, mainly within the Monday-Friday 8.00-20.00 (GMT+1) timeframe
• 🧘‍♀️ 30-hour work week: work less, recharge, avoid burnout, and develop yourself. We need you to shine in the long term.
• 🌴 Paid off days: 20 days of compensated non-work time annually, + 5 additional national/religious holidays
• 💸 Transparent compensation:*
• Senior: $1800 - $2600 USD/month (30 hours per week)
• Medior: $1300 - $1800 USD/month (30 hours per week)
• Profit-sharing-based bonus system and clear compensation growth paths
