What we're looking for:
- Professional-level English (spoken and written).
- A strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI expertise, systems thinking, and exceptional visual design.
- Advanced Figma skills and hands-on experience creating and maintaining Design Systems.
- Active use of AI-tools.
- Strong understanding of user psychology, conversion optimization (CRO), and UX design.
- Experience with graphic design, motion design, or front-end fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus—but not required.
